Lead Substation Physical Engineer

Leidos is seeking a Lead Substation Physical Engineer to join our team in Pune, India. As a Lead Substation Physical Engineer, you will be involved in conceptual and detailed HV and MV Substation Physical/Electrical design for medium to large scale utilities/substations.

Requirements

• Perform conceptual and detailed HV and MV Substation Physical/Electrical design
• Perform advanced engineering studies and calculations
• Perform Quality Control reviews on medium to large substation physical design projects
• Create and review bill of materials for substation physical projects
• Develop and review proposals, and scopes of work for substation physical projects
• Develop and provide advanced technical presentations to the team
• Be involved in client interaction (including site visits) with a drive for customer satisfaction
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
• Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with the internal teams and clients to meet project objectives
