Substation Lead Civil / Structural Engineer

Leidos is seeking a Substation Lead Civil / Structural Engineer to join our team in Pune, India. As a lead engineer, you will provide technical leadership, conduct design reviews, and mentor junior staff. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality management systems and safe work practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of prior relevant experience
• Bachelor of Science Engineering discipline, preferably in Civil-Structural Engineering
• Experience with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint & MATHCAD software
• Experience with STAAD.Pro, RISA 3D, FAD Tools, SAFE, SAG10, and LPILE software
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and MicroStation
• Strong analytical and technical writing skills
• Team player with ability to communicate with clients and staff
• Willingness to travel, up to 25%
