Requirements

• Lead the development and execution of the section's growth strategy
• Serve as the primary liaison to C-suite leadership
• Oversee the section's project portfolio health
• Act as a senior client-facing leader
• Take ownership of overall portfolio performance
• Drive strategic initiatives within the organization
• Coordinate with engineering discipline leads
• Oversee contract administration
• Develop and maintain portfolio-level performance dashboards
• Lead the development and deployment of standardized tools
• Leverage project analytics and performance metrics
• Manage monthly client invoicing
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders
• Identify project risks and drive mitigation strategies
