Job Description
As a Recruiter Operations, you are responsible for attracting operational talent, such as order pickers, drivers, and team leaders. You will work daily with the Transport- Production Manager and HR colleagues and prioritize in a dynamic environment where speed and quality are crucial.
Requirements
- Independently execute the entire recruitment process for operational positions
- Maintain contact with our strategic partners, such as staffing agencies
- Close collaboration with the operation: you know what's really needed
- Quickly respond to peaks, downtime, or changing capacity questions
- Monitor quality, processing times, and candidate experience
- Signal problems and propose improvements in the recruitment process
