Teamleider Software Development (M/V/X)

We are looking for an experienced software developer to lead our software development team. As a Team Leader Software Development, you will provide daily leadership to a team of software developers and combine your technical expertise with coaching leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software development (preferably.NET / C#)
• Experience in a leadership role within a development team
• Interest in people-oriented management (coaching, development, conversations)
• Strong organizational skills (planning, prioritizing, keeping an overview)
• An open, approachable, and connecting attitude
• Good command of the Dutch language
• Experience with Agile/Scrum working is a plus
