Requirements

• Extensive experience in AFC with a strong 2LoD foundation
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Senior-level judgment and ability to confidently interact with representatives of large German banks
• Fluency in German and English at C-level proficiency
• Ability to work in a hybrid work setup and collaborate with the team in person
• Ability to work independently and take on leadership responsibilities
