Job Description
Lemonade is seeking an Agency Partner Manager to expand their presence in the independent agency channel. The role involves developing and executing an agency expansion strategy, managing partnerships, driving revenue growth, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve the agent experience. This is a remote position.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the personal lines industry
- Proven track record in business development
- Experience in the Texas market preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or related field
- A hands-on "owner" mentality
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work remotely
