Job Description
Lenape Valley Foundation is seeking a Crisis Hotline Specialist to join their team as part of the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. The role involves answering incoming calls, assessing caller safety, and providing crisis intervention skills to engage and support callers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in psychology, sociology, social work, counseling, nursing, education, or related fields
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role (with or without accommodation)
