Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, social work, gerontology, criminal justice, theology, nursing, or counseling
- At least two years of experience in human services, with one year in direct mental health care
- Valid driver's license
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in computer use; experience with EHR systems preferred
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, with or without accommodation
