Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in human resources, employee engagement, employee relations or a related field
• Willing to report on-site at our Makati office at least once a week
• Preferably can start immediately
• Experience with data analysis and using insights to drive improvements in employee experience
• Strong knowledge of relevant employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Forward-thinking approach to employee experience, staying updated with trends, technologies, and best practices in the field
• Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Experience in an international or multicultural environment is a plus
• Proficient in self-directed tasks and thrives in an independent work environment
• Previous experience working in the financial or banking sector and international companies would be highly regarded
