Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in human resources, employee engagement, employee relations or a related field
- Willing to report on-site at our Makati office at least once a week
- Preferably can start immediately
- Experience with data analysis and using insights to drive improvements in employee experience
- Strong knowledge of relevant employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Forward-thinking approach to employee experience, staying updated with trends, technologies, and best practices in the field
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience in an international or multicultural environment is a plus
- Proficient in self-directed tasks and thrives in an independent work environment
- Previous experience working in the financial or banking sector and international companies would be highly regarded
