Job Description
As the Personal Loan Business Strategy Manager, you will drive the growth of LendingClub's personal loan products, leading cross-functional efforts to develop and implement growth strategies, test and optimize issuance channels, and develop business cases for new initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working on product strategy, product analytics, and product growth in Financial Services or Personal Lending space
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business or quantitative fields
- Experience developing KPIs for product performance, building a monitoring program, reporting performance, and communicating data-driven insights
- Ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure successful strategic initiatives
- Proficiency in SQL and ability to efficiently manage data analysts
