Sr Director, Product Management – Digital Engagement

LendingClub is seeking a Sr Director, Product Management – Digital Engagement to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of engagement driving experiences across the LendingClub app and member ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of product management experience, including 8+ years in people management, and a strong background in fintech, financial services, or similarly complex and regulated environments.

Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience, including 8+ years in people management
• Experience building consumer technology products that drive engagement, habit formation, or recurring usage
• Strong background in fintech, financial services, or similarly complex and regulated environments
• Experience building products across multiple stages of maturity
• Comfortable operating both strategically and hands on with product teams
• Excellent communicator who can align teams and influence senior leaders with clarity and credibility
• Proven ability to hire, coach, and scale strong product teams
• Curious and experimental mindset
