Sr Director, Product Management - Personal Loans

LendingClub is seeking a Sr Director of Product Management to lead the Personal Loans experience. The role will define product vision, guide a high-performing product organization, and deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience, including senior leadership roles, with a track record of owning customer and business outcomes
• 3+ years of product management experience in consumer lending (unsecured personal lending, credit cards, student loans, or similar credit products)
• Direct experience operating in a regulated lending environment, including fair lending requirements and consumer credit regulations
• Experience partnering with credit risk, underwriting, or pricing teams on product decisions
• Strong product judgment and comfort operating in complex, highly regulated environments
• Proven ability to partner effectively with senior business and executive leaders on strategy, prioritization, and delivery
• Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing product teams
• Ability to balance customer experience, business objectives, technical constraints, and risk considerations
• Comfortable making decisions amid ambiguity and incomplete information, using data, research, and learning to guide direction
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels with clarity and credibility
