Business Development Manager, New Construction

At LendingOne, we’re a direct private lender specializing in business-purpose mortgage loans for real estate investors, including fix-and-flip bridge loans and long-term rental financing. We're seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager, New Construction to drive production of construction and development financing solutions.

Requirements

• 3-7+ years of experience in construction lending, real estate lending, or investor-focused mortgage sales
• Demonstrated success in a quota-driven, commission-based sales environment
• Strong understanding of construction financing, development timelines, and investor borrower needs preferred
