Job Description
Asset Manager, Office at Lendlease. Develop and execute customer engagement strategies, drive leasing strategies and negotiations, and manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets. Proven experience in asset management, investment management, or a related field required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in asset management, investment management, or a related field within the real estate or commercial sector.
- Strong understanding of financial modelling, investment analysis, and valuation processes within the real estate industry.
- Demonstrated experience in managing leasing activities, developing and overseeing CAPEX budgets, and optimizing asset performance.
- Successful track record in managing a portfolio of assets, with a focus on strategic planning, financial analysis, and performance optimization.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and proven expertise in managing relationships with external stakeholders, including co-owners, investors, and property managers.
