Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Manager â New Business to support the creation of market-leading real estate investment products and drive long-term value for investors.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Business, Commerce, Finance, Property or a related field.
- 8+ yearsâ experience in investment banking, corporate finance, investment management, private equity or corporate strategy/development.
- Strong knowledge of real estate markets, with sector-specific experience highly regarded.
- Advanced financial modelling, valuation and analytical capability
- Strong working knowledge of DCF methodologies, cap rates and valuation multiples.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.
- A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
