Senior Manager - Property Investment & Growth

The Senior Manager, Property Investment and Growth, plays a significant role in charting the strategic growth of the asset portfolio, sourcing, evaluating, and presenting property investment opportunities, and managing risks.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience within banking, finance, REIT, property development, private equity or asset management industries
• Track record in driving property investment transactions from inception to closure
• Experience and exposure in corporate finance and ownership structuring of real estate or business investments
• Strong network within real estate capital market with property developers, asset owners, real estate consultancy firms and banks
