Security Supervisor (Setia City Mall)

Lendlease is seeking a Security Supervisor for Setia City Mall to ensure safety and security of shoppers, tenants, staff, and property. The role involves supervising security officers, enforcing security protocols, and responding to incidents.

Requirements

• Supervise and coordinate security officers' daily activities, including patrols and monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with mall security policies and procedures.
• Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents; liaise with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
• Prepare and maintain accurate incident reports and daily logs.
• Train and guide security personnel on emergency response and customer service.
• Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate coverage at all times.
• Assist in loss prevention and investigate theft or vandalism cases.
• Lead evacuation drills and ensure readiness for emergency situations.
