Security Supervisor

The Mall Simon Luxury Outlets is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee security operations and ensure the safety of guests, employees, and property across its luxury outlet villages. The Security Supervisor will supervise security suppliers, implement security procedures, and collaborate with mall departments to uphold the highest standards of safety.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Security Officer or Supervisor
• Experience in luxury hospitality or a similarly high-standard environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and crisis-management skills
• Solid understanding of safety regulations, risk prevention, and emergency protocols
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented in high-pressure situations
• High ethical standards, discretion, and integrity
• Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with security systems (CCTV, access control) and incident reporting
• Fluent in Italian, good in English is required (additional languages are a plus)
• A guest-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
