We are seeking a Technical Manager - Building Compliance to provide specialist expertise across our national project portfolio, supporting the delivery of safe, compliant and high-performing assets.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Building Surveying / Certification, Fire Safety Engineering or a related discipline.
- 10+ years' experience across design and construction on complex projects.
- Advanced capability in NCC/BCA interpretation, accessibility standards and performance-based compliance pathways.
- Proven experience reviewing fire engineering strategies, egress and compartmentation.
- Strong documentation review skills and confidence working with consultants, certifiers and authorities.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, judgement and problem-solving skills.
