Engineering Manager

Lengow, an intelligent and automated e-commerce platform, is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and inspire a team of software engineers. The successful candidate will drive the development of cutting-edge products, foster a culture of excellence, and ensure the successful delivery of high-impact projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in engineering management or a similar leadership role in a SaaS or e-commerce-focused organization.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development and system design.
• Proven ability to integrate AI Agents into the development lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and develop engineering teams.
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and modern engineering practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on driving business impact through engineering excellence.
