Finance Associate - Hybrid

We are seeking a Finance Associate to support our finance department by managing financial operations, including receivables, payables, payroll, and generating finance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in finance or accounting roles
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, SAP, etc.) is a plus
• Knowledge of payroll processing, tax compliance, and bookkeeping principles
• Experience in preparing and analyzing financial reports is an advantage
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
