We are seeking an HR Manager to join a global strategic intelligence firm in Cebu City. The role involves shaping and executing the company's regional HR strategy, overseeing talent initiatives, performance management, and core HR operations.
Requirements
- Lead regional talent acquisition
- Standardize and improve sourcing, assessment, interviewing, and offer processes
- Monitor recruiting metrics and drive employer branding and external partnerships
- Partner with the Global Head of HR and regional leaders to execute performance management and talent review cycles
- Identify, develop, and retain high-potential talent
- Collaborate with L&D to deploy leadership and capability development programs
- Advise senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
- Oversee regional rollout of corporate HR programs
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations cases and ensure labor law compliance across regions
- Support and approve sensitive HR actions while promoting an inclusive and ethical workplace culture
