We are looking for a PHRN Quality Assurance (QA) to maintain clinical accuracy and operational excellence by auditing healthcare accounts within a BPO setting. The role involves conducting detailed audits, identifying trends and gaps, and providing structured feedback to team members and operations leaders.

Requirements

• Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license.
• At least 1 year of Quality Assurance (auditing) experience in a healthcare BPO account.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare processes, documentation standards, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
