Job Description
We are seeking a PHRN Quality Assurance (QA) professional to maintain clinical accuracy and operational excellence by auditing healthcare accounts within a BPO setting. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced PHRNs with a strong background in auditing and quality assurance.
Requirements
- Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license.
- At least 1 year of Quality Assurance (auditing) experience in a healthcare BPO account.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare processes, documentation standards, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas.
- Amenable to a fixed night shift schedule.
