Job Description
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative on behalf of a fast-growing regional EdTech SaaS startup operating across Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for driven, resourceful, and performance-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy engaging with people, and are motivated by targets, growth, and career progression.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
- At least 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, telemarketing, or other customer-facing roles
- Experience in B2B sales or SaaS environments is a strong plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation abilities
- Comfortable with cold outreach, remote communication, and virtual work setups
- Self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and target-driven, with a strong “hunter” or hustler mindset
- Able to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional and remote teams
