We are hiring a Sales Development Representative for a fast-growing regional EdTech SaaS startup operating across Southeast Asia. The role involves developing a strong understanding of the company's products and solutions, generating and qualifying leads, and building strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is an advantage but not required.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, telemarketing, or other customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Experience in B2B sales or SaaS environments is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation abilities.
- Comfortable with cold outreach, remote communication, and virtual work setups.
- Self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and target-driven, with a strong “hunter” or hustler mindset.
- Able to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional and remote teams.
