Lennor Group is seeking a Sr. Employee Relations and Business Partnering Manager to lead core HR functions and support operational leaders in a global manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience
- At least 10 years in a management or HR Business Partner role
- Exposure to multinational environments and global HR practices
- Solid background in the electronics, semiconductor, or manufacturing industry
- Well-rounded HR generalist with strong understanding of employee relations, talent management, compensation & benefits, organizational design, workforce planning, and legal compliance
- Proven experience in developing and executing HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Familiarity with HR tools and methodologies such as performance management systems, staffing strategies, and HR metrics
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across all levels in a matrix organization
- Skilled in handling conflict resolution and complex employee relations cases
- Strategic thinker with operational agility
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and credibility
- Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
