Manage human resources programs and initiatives, providing strategic support for a client group. Partner with BU/Function leaders to analyze and prioritize business challenges and deploy HR interventions.
Requirements
- Serving as part of the BU/Function HR team to assist in delivering strategic talent, organization design, and organizational effectiveness support across the Business Unit(s) and/or Function(s)
- Partnering with BU/Function leaders to contribute to the analysis and prioritization of the critical business challenges faced by the organization and deploy appropriate HR interventions
- Coordinating effectively with the HR Solutions organization and HR COEs to effectively deliver the HR services required to drive the business imperatives of the BU and/or Function
- Contributing to the realization of the HR operating model with the objective of continuously improving HR performance and enhancing HR’s ability to support the BU’s/Function’s growth goals and objectives
- Driving key talent development plans to strengthen the talent pipeline for critical positions
- Facilitating site Organizational Leadership Review (OLR) and strategic succession planning outcomes/requirements support the business
- Facilitating employee career management concept while needed
- Supervising the labor & ethics system
- Leading labor and ethics related audit
- Reviewing labor and ethics self-assessment questionnaire and action plans in order to manage labor & ethics compliance
- Managing employee relations issues to ensure legal compliance and maintain a respectful working environment for employees
- Driving employee engagement through effective communication, programs, and alignment to development and growth opportunities
- Supervising the employee relationship programs continuous improvement
- Leading Labor relationship management
- Coaching and leading team for communication and company culture management
- Coordinating external relationship maintenance
