Belden Inc. is seeking a Sr. HR Manager for their Broadband business, serving manufacturing facilities across the US. This role focuses on strategic HR leadership, encompassing talent management, development, leadership coaching, performance management, and employee engagement. The position will work closely with plant leadership to improve work relationships and increase retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
- Five (5) years of relevant human resources experience with two (2) in a leadership role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of organizational development, performance management, and talent acquisition
- Legal knowledge of employment practices
