Facilities Technician will set up, maintain and/or repair equipment and/or systems within the facility within area of expertise, following maintenance schedule, performing service calls, repairs, and equipment installations as directed.
Requirements
- High school or trade school diploma
- License in specific specialty
- 0+ years of experience
- Exposure to construction such as electrical, plumbing, woodwork, etc.
- Working knowledge of building codes, OSHA requirements, and knowledge of safe working techniques and procedures
- Moderate knowledge of building maintenance
- Good oral and written communication skills
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active DOD security clearance or ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time
