Facilities Maintenance Technician

Perform routine preventative maintenance and repair procedure on Yancey's buildings and mechanical equipment, including electrical systems and general maintenance of buildings.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently
• Mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills
• Basic computer skills
• Safety conscious
• Ability to work on high lift, up to 30 feet and lift up to 60 lbs
• Ability work in confined, dirty spaces
• Valid Class C Driver's License
