The Learning Manager leads the design, development, delivery, needs assessment, and evaluation of training and development programs across the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 7+ years' experience, including 5+ years in employee training.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
