The ideal candidate is an individual possessing strong mechanical engineering technical skills, a knowledge of airborne and structure-borne acoustic analysis, and an understanding of the design considerations for electrical equipment.

Requirements

• Support acoustic data testing collection and evaluation
• Work as a member of a product development team to complete project deliverables on schedule with a critical focus on accuracy and completeness
• Demonstrate creativity, energy, and the ability to plan, manage, and communicate progress on design assignments
• Execute acoustic analysis on electrical power electronic equipment
• Generates accurate analysis and design reports for the system and subsystems of complex assemblies
• Analyzes and comprehends product and MIL specifications to ensure product and project compliance
• Works effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment and provides technical leadership on large projects
• Provides accurate cost, schedule, and technical compliance updates to project management as assigned
