We are seeking a Senior Program Financial Analyst to provide financial leadership and oversight for complex naval power and defense programs.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary financial partner to Program Managers for assigned programs
- Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics
- Track program costs, labor, revenue, and margins; analyze variances and recommend corrective actions
- Support program planning activities including EACs, ETCs, and long-range forecasts
- Prepare and present financial reports to program leadership and senior management
- Ensure compliance with government contracting requirements, including cost accounting standards and internal controls
- Support contract financial requirements such as funding profiles, billing, and audits
- Assist with proposal development, pricing, and financial risk assessments
- Drive continuous improvement in program financial processes and reporting tools
