Avionic System Engineer

Leonardo is an international industrial group seeking an Avionic System Engineer for our Pomezia site within the Cockpit Info Computers / Avionics Engineering unit of the Electronics Division.

Requirements

• Degree in Electronics
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
• Junior: 1-3 years of experience
• Knowledge of embedded systems
• Knowledge of main communication buses (aviation, automotive, commercial)
• Analog and digital circuit electronics skills
• Knowledge of commonly used tools in an electronics laboratory
• Knowledge of main I/O and graphical interfaces used in military and civil aviation (e.g., MilStd1553, Arinc429, DVI, SDI, etc.)
• HW/SW design experience and knowledge of related development processes
• Familiarity with avionics architectures
• Competence in component obsolescence management and identification of alternatives
