Capital Markets & Financial Risks Management Expert

We are looking for a Capital Markets & Financial Risks Management Expert for our Rome office, Montello. The person will be responsible for the following activities: Activity on Debt Capital Market that Equity Capital Market, with direct experience; including the activities of renewal of the EMTN program; Risk management of exchange rate - monitoring of commercial and financial needs of the Group; Management of reporting related to Law 262.

Requirements

• Master's degree in economics or related disciplines
• Seniority: at least 5 years of experience
• Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken (B2 - C1 level)
• Technical skills in both Debt Capital Market and Equity Capital Market, with direct experience;
• Knowledge of the exchange market and interest rates;
• Knowledge of financial risk mitigation tools to which a company is normally exposed;
• Management of reporting related to Law 262
• Ability to work in teams;

• Availability for occasional travel
