Junior Facility Management role responsible for managing LGS passive and active contracts in the maintenance area, supporting the Manager in various activities, and managing information systems for monitoring and controlling Supplier activities.
Requirements
- Support the Manager in managing the supplier during ordinary and extraordinary activities provided, as foreseen by contract;
- Support the Manager in interfacing with the Customer for operational management of needs, identifying, in agreement with the Supplier, the correct resolution of complaints and disservices;
- Support the Manager in updating technical specifications, in coordination with the relevant company function;
- Support the Manager in managing meetings with the Customer and Suppliers on a monthly basis, as provided for by contract;
- Manage the information systems for monitoring and controlling Supplier activities, verify any discrepancies compared to contractual SLAs and agree on corrective actions;
- Support the Manager in managing relationships with all LGS functions related to activities to be performed on sites, with visibility and providing adequate technical support;
- Monitor site budgets, ensuring timely reporting;
- Support the Manager in proposing investments to ensure the operational continuity of sites.
