Senior Electronics Engineer

Join our Power Supply Unit (PSU) Core Delivery Team in Edinburgh to design and build world-class defence technology. As a Senior Power Engineer, you'll help define the power systems of tomorrow, support live issues with a broad understanding of modern power techniques, and influence the future of power engineering at Leonardo.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the design, manufacture, test, integration of PSUs and or power systems
• HND in Engineering or Systems or related technical discipline
• ACDC and or DCDC switched mode power supply design
• Control and interface circuitry
• Experience with Mentor Graphics and recognised schematic and simulation toolsets like Simetrix, LT Spice and Matlab
• Fault diagnosis to component level
• Electrical safety
• Measurement and instrumentation systems
