Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Power Engineer to join the Power Supply Unit (PSU) Core Delivery Team (CDT) in Edinburgh. The Team provides expert advice, guidance, design and governance throughout the full life-cycle of all projects on site for matters pertaining to Power.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the design, manufacture, test, integration of PSUs and/or power systems
- ACDC and or DCDC switched mode power supply design
- Control and interface circuitry
- Experience with Mentor Graphics and ideally a recognised schematic and simulation toolset like Simetrix, LT Spice and Matlab
