The successful candidate will have experience working in a multi-channel customer service environment and be able to interpret and analyze data to identify problem gambling. The role involves monitoring player behavior, promoting sustainability, and educating staff on Safer Gambling strategies and procedures.

- Ability to understand and interpret information from a range of data sources to make well-judged evidence-based decisions
