Our Stores is the place where we demonstrate, face to face, our purpose. We're looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team, providing advice and guidance to customers, and working in a co-creation environment where we live our company values and purpose alongside the customer.

Requirements

• Provide a complete advice to the inhabitant, in his area of action, with the objective of achieving satisfaction and loyalty of the same.
• Advise the inhabitant, through the appropriate channel at each time, with the objective of offering him the products/services that best fit his needs.
• Attend the inhabitant with diligence and resolve the incidents and doubts that may arise during the entire sales process, personalizing and offering positive purchase experiences.
• Detect business opportunities in all interactions with the inhabitant, and take advantage of them always taking into account the criteria of margin and profitability for Leroy Merlin, making budgets and associated orders, and carrying out a follow-up of the same.
• Offer inhabitants the services most adapted to the sale solution such as installation, financing and delivery at home among others managing payments at the point of sale when the occasion allows it.
• Carry out administrative management of post-sales services in order to provide an ideal service for the inhabitant.
