Requirements
- Provide a complete advice to the resident, in their field of action, with the goal of achieving satisfaction and customer loyalty.
- Advise the resident, through the appropriate channel at each time, with the goal of offering them products/services that best suit their needs.
- Attend to the resident with diligence and resolve any incidents or doubts that may arise during the sales process, personalizing and offering positive purchase experiences.
- Detect business opportunities in all interactions with the resident, and take advantage of them, always taking into account the criteria of margin and profitability for Leroy Merlin, making the budgets and associated orders, and following up on them.
- Offer residents the most adapted services to the sale solution, such as installation, financing, and home delivery among others, managing payments at the point of sale when the occasion allows.
- Manage the administrative management of post-sales services to provide a suitable service to the resident.
