The main functions of the job include: providing comprehensive advice to the resident, advising the customer, attending to the customer with diligence and resolving incidents, detecting business opportunities, and offering customers adapted services.
Requirements
- Providing a comprehensive advice to the resident, in their area of action, with the objective of achieving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Advising the customer, through the appropriate channel at the time, with the objective of offering them the products/services that best meet their needs.
- Attending to the customer with diligence and resolving any incidents or doubts that may arise during the sales process, personalizing and offering positive shopping experiences.
- Detecting business opportunities in all interactions with the customer, and exploiting them taking into account the criteria of margin and profitability for Leroy Merlin, preparing budgets and orders, and monitoring them.
- Offering customers the most adapted services to the sale solution, such as installation, financing and home delivery, managing payments at the point of sale when possible.
- Managing the administrative tasks of post-sales services to provide a suitable service to the customer.
