Job Description
Strategic Account Manager in Animal Nutrition & Health (M/F) at Lesaffre, responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with Strategic Accounts, and leading direct negotiations and ensuring satisfaction and loyalty of the accounts.
Requirements
- Solid expertise in animal nutrition and health, and knowledge of the industry
- Master's degree or engineering diploma (or equivalent)
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in Key Account management
- Excellent negotiation and project management skills
- Relational skills and indirect leadership
- Proficiency in English, proficiency in another language would be a plus
- Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset
