Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Service and experiences in customizing SAP S/4HANA Service; alternatively, in-depth knowledge of SAP CRM on Premise with a focus on SAP CRM Service or SAP CS (SAP Customer Service)
- Part-time or project leadership experience in SAP CS, SAP CRM Service, or SAP S/4HANA Service
- Experience in business process analysis and optimization, as well as in concept development in the context of SAP projects such as SAP introductions, SAP roll-outs, SAP carve-outs, or SAP harmonization projects
- Very good understanding of processes in the service and after-sales area, as well as developed analytical and conceptual skills
- Communication-strong consulting personality with Hands-On mentality and team player mentality, as well as passion and enthusiasm for SAP consulting
- Enjoy SAP project work and a willingness to travel for customer projects in Germany up to 50% (varies depending on the customer project)
- Successful completion of a degree in computer science, economics, or a comparable field, as well as very good German and good English skills in writing and speaking
