Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Service and experience in customizing SAP S/4HANA Service; alternative comprehensive knowledge of SAP CRM on Premise with a focus on SAP CRM Service or SAP CS (SAP Customer Service)
- Part-time or project management experience in SAP CS, SAP CRM Service, or SAP S/4HANA Service
- Experience in business process analysis and optimization as well as concept creation in the context of SAP projects such as SAP introductions, SAP rollouts, SAP carve-outs, or SAP harmonization projects
- Very good understanding of the processes in the Service and After Sales areas as well as developed analytical and conceptual skills
- Communicative advisory personality with Hands On mentality and team player mentality as well as passion and enthusiasm for SAP consulting
