Job Description
The company is seeking a Repair Technician Level III to maintain a high level of service and efficiency. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment, working as a resource for other teams, and providing training. Requirements
- 3+ years related experience as a bench or field repair technician
- Associates Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent computer repair experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
- Demonstrated success working with minimal supervision
- Ability to lead and mentor others
- Basic understanding of PC architecture and components
- A+ Certification preferred
- Basic Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
