Support

Level99 is a sprawling playground designed for adults with over 50 life-sized mini-games where Players dodge axes, crack puzzles, and outsmart real-world challenges. We are looking for a Support team member to provide outstanding hospitality to all restaurant guests and entertainment players.

Requirements

• Review and understand all guest orders
• Distinguish between guest facing counter pickup window and main dining room orders
• Interact with guests at the pickup counter
• Run food to guest tables
• Replenish sauces and specific containers
• Communicate effectively with front of house and back of house teams
• Receive, check and pack all guest takeout orders
