Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a recruiting coordinator, recruiting operations, or people operations role
- Experience supporting non-technical or GTM hiring, such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or Operations
- Hands-on experience scheduling interviews and coordinating across multiple stakeholders and calendars
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear, professional, and friendly written and verbal communication skills
